"Running Without The Devil"

We wanted to give a huge heartfelt thank you to Henry Ward, for his touching and vulnerable hour he spent with us at Multitasking in Heels a few weeks back. For those living with Alcoholism in your family, or within yourself, you know that it's a disease.

Henry's website is here:

Henry's book just came out and you can purchase it on his website. What a life accomplishment in itself. Henry continues to run and raise money and awareness for addiction and recovery.

If this runs in your family, please do not ignore it. It's the easiest and safest thing to do, but facing your fears is a part of life. Once you face them, you'll eventually get to the other side.
